Network devices, OT or embedded devices, mobile-phones; are not counted as endpoints. - How much storage is allocated for each endpoint?
We allocated 5GB of storage per endpoint per month. We don't measure storage usage for each endpoint. Rather, we pool all storage across all of your endpoints and measure the aggregate usage. - What can I do if I have endpoints that need more than 5GB of storage per month?
Because we only measure storage across all your endpoints this will generally not be a problem. Generally you will find that if some endpoints require a lot of storage, you will have others that use very little storage. As a result, you will generally find that, on average, your endpoints use less than 5GB each per month. If you are in the unusual situation that you have lots of endpoints that need lots of storage, you can purchase more endpoints in order to get more storage. - How long is my data stored?
Data ingested into Samurai XDR is retained for 12 months. Data older than this is automatically "aged out" and deleted. - What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your subscription, all data in your subscription will be deleted when the subscription terminates. - How can I tell if Samurai XDR is working properly?
The Samurai Status Page gives an overview of health of the core components of Samurai XDR. You can find out more information in our article about the Samurai Status Page. - How can I get help if I am having problems using Samurai XDR?
