NTT Security Holdings Refund Policy

Effective Date: 27 June 2023

1. General. Save as expressly stated in this Refund Policy, NTT does not offer, and you will not have any right to receive, any refund under any circumstances, including, without limitation, should you terminate the subscription for, or discontinue the use of, a Service prior to the end of the applicable term.

1. Refund. In the event NTT terminates a subscription to a Samurai Service pursuant to Clause (iii) of Terms of Service  Section 16, Indemnification by NTT, it will make a refund of subscription fees for the terminated Samurai Service in accordance with the terms of Section 16, Clause (iii).
